Doctor Sheba ("we", "our", or "us") provides a doctor chamber live queue and appointment serial tracking platform for patients, clinics, and doctors across West Bengal.

1. Information We Collect

When you book a doctor chamber serial or register a chamber, we collect minimal necessary details including:

• Patient Name, Age, and Gender (for doctor chamber serial tokens)
• WhatsApp Mobile Number (to send digital token passes and serial updates)
• Doctor/Chamber Name, Address, and Contact numbers

2. How We Use Information

Your details are strictly used to generate live token serials, update chamber queues, and deliver WhatsApp token slips. We do not sell or share personal health or contact details with third-party advertising brokers.

3. Doctor Consultation Fees

Doctor Sheba is a token scheduling and queue management system. All medical consultation fees are paid directly by the patient to the respective doctor's chamber reception desk. Doctor Sheba does not collect advance consultation fees.

4. Data Security

We use standard encryption protocols to safeguard patient booking records and doctor chamber data.
