Doctor Sheba is a technology platform facilitating token allocation, chamber queue display, and patient scheduling. We are not a medical healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

2. Patient Appointments

Tokens allocated on Doctor Sheba are subject to doctor availability and chamber operating hours. In cases of doctor emergency rounds or delays, chamber staff will adjust queues accordingly.

3. Chamber Subscriptions

Doctors and clinic owners subscribing to Doctor Sheba SaaS services are billed monthly or annually according to chosen plans after their 14-day free trial period.
